Long-Distance Hiking Seminar - 2020

The Ice Age Trail Alliance's highest priority is the health and well-being of our staff, volunteers, and hiking community during the rapidly evolving health concern of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. The Alliance has been carefully monitoring the pandemic and is using information provided by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to inform our wider Ice Age Trail community and help prevent the spread of the virus. The Ice Age Trail Alliance Annual Conference and Membership Meeting is cancelled , including the Long Distance Hiking Seminar. If you have already registered, you will receive information regarding next steps. 

An all-day, 4-session, workshop series to get you started on your backpacking or hiking journey with plenty of advice from the experts. If you're carefully considering an Ice Age Trail thru-hike as your next big adventure, or if you're dreaming and scheming about how to section-hike the Trail in weekend jaunts, then this seminar is for you! Cost: $75.00 (includes lunch) if attending ONLY the Seminar, otherwise, it is included in conference registration for Saturday or multi-day packages.
